We use a mix of several different methodologies to evaluate the maturity level of your IT Service Management processes. Once evaluated we provide recommendations, we prepare a maturity level assessment document and an ITSM improvement programme.

The process maturity assessment can:

  • justify an ITSM improvement initiative
  • evaluate the results already achieved
  • compare the ITSM maturity level in your company with other organisations

We can develop a custom package that combines questionnaires with onsite workshops, interviews and data collection in order to develop a comprehensive assessment.
